We believe capital markets often fail to price risk efficiently, especially for small- and mid-cap companies with liquidity constraints or temporary market dislocations. Loft Capital bridges that gap, providing structured financing that enables companies to stabilize, grow, and ultimately move forward from a stronger position.
Group Structure
Loft Capital is composed of a group of companies that includes Loft Capital Strategies SICAV p.l.c., a Maltese investment company with variable share capital (SICAV). Within this structure is the sub-fund Loft Structured Opportunities Fund I, which operates as a notified professional investor fund overseen by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). The group leverages this regulated framework to offer sophisticated investment opportunities tailored for professional investors.
